  • Create and maintain templates for presentations, documents, email campaigns, social media assets, and other recurring materials, ensuring consistency and ease of use across the organization.
  • Build, organize, and manage a centralized creative library of templates, brand assets, and design resources, keeping materials current, well-labeled, and easily accessible to internal teams.
  • Design digital marketing assets such as email templates, social graphics, web banners, and other online materials that support demand generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Support event and conference marketing efforts through the creation of signage, booth graphics, presentations, promotional materials, and attendee-facing collateral.
  • Maintain, apply, and help evolve brand identity standards and visual guidelines, ensuring a consistent and professional experience across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Partner with marketing and communications stakeholders to concept, storyboard, and develop creative solutions that effectively communicate key messages and support business objectives.
  • Manage multiple concurrent design projects and deadlines, prioritizing requests and balancing competing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prepare files for both print (CMYK) and digital/web (RGB) production, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat) for print and digital design.
  • Working knowledge of Figma and/or Canva.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and brand systems, with an eye for clean, on-brand design.
  • Experience building and organizing templates or asset libraries for use by non-designers is a plus.• Experience preparing files for both print (CMYK) and digital/web (RGB) production.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take direction and iterate quickly based on feedback.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
