Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with selecting and booking hotel accommodations
- Provide accurate information on hotel options, amenities, pricing, and availability
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth client experience
- Stay informed on travel trends and hotel offerings
- Participate in virtual training sessions and team meetings
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, positive, and client-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
- Interest in travel and hospitality
