About the Job

As a Customer Care Representative at Boss Revolution, you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience by assisting customers with their questions, concerns, and requests. You will communicate with customers through different channels, help resolve issues efficiently, and ensure that every interaction is handled with professionalism and empathy.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure customer issues are properly addressed and resolved.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • 85% of English Proficiency
  • Microsoft Software proficiency
  • Customer Service Experience its a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Job stability (at previous jobs)
  • Problem – solving skills and the ability to think under pressure.
  • Patient, helpful, empathetic, good listener & professional
  • Attention to details
  • Goals and people oriented
