Must Have Skills:

  • You have 3+ years of Python and SQL experience in a Data Science environment, to aggregate, transform, and analyze data and conduct statistical analysis

  • You have a proven track record of building successful stakeholder relationships across a range of teams and levels
  • You have the ability to distill down complex data concepts and systems to non-technical stakeholders, both in writing and live conversations
  • You have experience building predictive models using statistical and ML techniques and working closely with Engineering to bring your models to production
  • You have demonstrated curiosity about AI and language models through coursework, projects, or independent exploration

Nice to Have Skills

  • You have experience working with digital consumer subscription products
  • You have expertise in survival models, advanced LTV/CRM modeling, and growth accounting
  • You have experience working with stakeholders in a number of cross functional areas, ranging from Product to Marketing to Finance to Engineering
  • You have experience with AI-native developer tools such as Cursor, Codex, or Claude Code
  • You have first-hand experience in data modeling and writing your own data pipelines

🚀 Don’t meet every single requirement? Apply anyway! At our core, we value growth, adaptability, and passion just as much as a checklist of skills. If you are excited about this role and your experience doesn't align perfectly with every tech requirement, we still encourage you to apply. The only non-negotiable for us is fluent English, as you'll be collaborating daily with global teams. If you’ve got the language skills and the drive to learn, you might be exactly who we are looking for to bring a fresh perspective to our team!
