The Role
The Digital Marketing Coordinator at Too Lost supports the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across our priority artists and releases. This role provides the research, resources, and day-to-day operational support needed to bring artist campaigns to market efficiently and maximize their potential for success.
Based out of our Los Angeles office, this role will report directly to Too Lost’s Digital Marketing Manager and work on a hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 day work from home).
What You'll Be Doing
- Support paid media campaigns end-to-end: audience building, budget pacing, creative testing, and optimization in partnership with the Digital Marketing Lead.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance: streams, audience growth, engagement, ad spend efficiency.
- Support research and drafting for the Priority Artist Newsletter.
- Plan and co-host Digital Marketing Hotline (client-facing strategy meetings).
- Own weekly campaign performance reporting across digital platforms (including social media, DSPs, etc).
- Own the creation of release marketing briefs, consolidating all relevant release information for the team.
- Stay current on social platform updates and trends; regularly review artist insights and analytics to identify and recommend optimizations.
- Maintain tracking of digital budgets and project statuses to keep campaigns moving on schedule.
- Additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in Label Services and/or Digital Strategy
- Working familiarity with ad platform backends (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads); comfortable navigating campaign setup, targeting, and reporting.
- Familiarity with music analytics/streaming platforms (Spotify for Artists, Chartmetric, Soundcharts, or similar)
- Prior experience working cross functionally with other departments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to maintain a positive attitude while corresponding and provide thorough responses.
- Organized and deadline-driven; comfortable managing multiple artist campaigns at once
- Strong organization and prioritization skills, especially in terms of internal documentation and cross-departmental comms.
