Job description

As an Engineer in our newly formed UK Regional Team, you will deliver the features most critical to Xero’s success in the UK. You will play a vital role in responding to the voice of our customers, ensuring we have the right product for the UK to directly drive business success.

You will independently solve complex problems across Xero’s products, ensuring technical excellence while navigating the complexity between regional needs and global roadmaps to deliver maximum value.

The team & how they connect

You will join a high-calibre team consisting of an Engineering Manager, Lead Engineers, and Senior Engineers, reporting to the General Manager of Engineering for the UK. The team works as a flexible, versatile team, collaborating with various product owners across Xero to design, build, and ship solutions.
