Lead and scale a high-performing engineering team. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence engineering practices, develop leadership skills, and deliver impactful digital solutions within a dynamic, agile environment.

- Drive predictable, high-quality delivery with strong risk and dependency management.
- Establish and enforce engineering standards for code quality, testing, and production readiness.
- Lead people management activities including coaching, feedback, and career development.
- Build and maintain a motivated, accountable, and psychologically safe team culture.
- Develop and maintain a 12-month technical roadmap aligned with business and platform strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.
- Manage hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up of new team members to ensure rapid productivity.

- Proven experience as an engineering manager or similar leadership role in software development.
- Strong technical background with ability to review and challenge technical designs.
- Deep understanding of software delivery processes, testing strategies, and production readiness.
- Demonstrated success in people management, coaching, and building high-performing teams.
- Excellent decision-making and prioritization skills in complex delivery environments.
- Experience with Java, Spring, RestAPI, AWS (Kafka, Postgres), GrafanaCloud, and cloud-native development.
- Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and SaaS-first approaches.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a growth mindset.
