We’re looking for a creative partner to help set new standards for how people learn, develop, and succeed with our innovative products. Position Details:
- Type: Temporary (September 2026 – December 2026), with the potential for extension or permanent hire
- Hours: Full-time
- Location: 100% remote
What You’ll Do:
- Use creative design thinking to address user experience challenges and find effective solutions
- Develop engaging (K12, Higher Education and Instructor) eLearning courses using rapid authoring tools
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Design and implement innovative standards for eLearning experiences
- Provide clear guidance and serve as a consultant throughout the e-learning production process
- Create large-scale training programs that are both engaging and accurate
- Develop assessments and quiz questions to reinforce learning
- Develop copy and collaborate with subject matter experts and product teams to ensure content aligns with company priorities

- Excellent written (copywriting) and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for grammar
- The ability to simplify complex technical concepts so anyone can understand them
- Strong independent focus, but also eager to collaborate across departments
- Analytical and creative problem-solving mindset
- Exceptional attention to detail
Requirements:
- 5-8 years’ experience in designing, developing, and user testing learning products
- 1-2 years’ visual design experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud
- A portfolio showing original educational eLearning products built with HTML5 or similar tools, interactive instructor-led trainings and slide decks.
- Practical knowledge of Google Workspace (Drive, Slides, Docs, Sheets)
- Hands-on experience building advanced eLearning with Evolve or Articulate 360
- Familiarity with instructional frameworks (ADDIE, Rapid Release, storyboarding)
- Experience meeting company standards for presentation design, copywriting, and editing
- Comfortable using project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Google Sheets)
- Track record of leading large-scale projects, maintaining consistent messaging, and meeting deadlines
Bonus Points:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or similar field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Evolve (or New Evolve)nad/or Articulate 360, and Intellum LMS
- Skill with video editing tools such as Camtasia or Adobe Premiere
- Experience developing interactive instructor-led training (ILT)
