Job description

Enterprise Account Executive - Early ANZ GTM Team

Be one of the first enterprise sellers at a Series A AI company rewriting how compliance works across a $50B global market.

About Haast

We aren't just talking about AI, we're shipping one of the first enterprise-grade LLM platforms already delivering measurable results to compliance and legal teams today.

In two years, we've transformed compliance from a painful checkbox exercise into a smart, automated workflow: 80% faster reviews, 4x productivity gains.

We just closed a $12M Series A led by Peak XV Partners, backed by DST Global and Airtree. And we're just getting started.

Think Canva for design. Atlassian for projects. Haast for compliance.

Why this role exists

Compliance is a $50B global problem, and we are rewriting how it's solved. Our home market is Australia, and enterprise deals here are won through trust, relationships, and genuine domain fluency.

As we build the commercial foundation to support our US expansion, we need a seasoned enterprise seller here in Sydney who can open doors, close deals, and help shape what best-in-class GTM looks like at Haast.

What you'll own

  • Build the ANZ GTM motion: define outreach strategies, shape pipeline, and open key enterprise doors across regulated industries including financial services, insurance, and legal.
  • Drive revenue growth: lead enterprise conversations from first contact through to close.
  • Consult and demo: translate complex AI capabilities into clear, compelling business value for compliance and legal buyers.
  • Be the market voice: surface insights from ANZ customers to influence our global product roadmap.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to sharpen GTM playbooks and positioning.
  • Represent Haast: at industry events and across your network of marketing, compliance and risk leaders in Australia.

You're probably a fit if:

  • You have enterprise sales pedigree: a strong track record of exceeding targets and closing complex B2B SaaS deals with large Australian enterprises.
  • You have genuine industry fluency: you understand how marketing, compliance and legal functions actually work inside regulated businesses
  • You communicate clearly: you can take a complex AI product and distil its value into sharp, business-relevant messaging for CMO, General Counsel or Chief Compliance Officers.
  • You have a startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable, and genuinely excited to help build something from scratch rather than manage what already exists.
  • You're AI-curious: you follow what's happening in enterprise AI and want to be part of shaping how it lands in the compliance space.

Nice to have, not essential:

  • Experience selling to or within enterprise marketing, legal, or compliance teams in regulated industries.
  • Time at a scale-up or startup where you've moved fast and worn multiple hats.

Why Haast?

  • Salary: Competitive base + uncapped commission
  • Equity: Meaningful options, we share the upside with the people who build it
  • Flexible working: Sydney hybrid, with genuine flexibility
  • Impact: Join as a founding ANZ GTM member and help shape our commercial presence in a $50B market
  • Trajectory: Work with top-tier enterprise customers, backed by Peak XV, DST Global, and Airtree
  • Growth: Learn more in 12 months than most roles offer in three years

Funding secured. Traction proven. Time to scale.

Apply with your CV and a brief note on how you'd approach building pipeline from scratch in a new enterprise market.

No closing date. We review applications on a rolling basis.

At Haast, we believe bold ideas come from diverse perspectives. We're committed to building a team that reflects the world we work in. Even if you don't tick every box, we'd love to hear from you.
