Job description

SENIOR FULL STACK ENGINEER – INTEGRATIONS

Build the integration layer that connects enterprise compliance to the tools teams actually use.

About Haast

We're building one of the first agentic systems for enterprise legal and compliance teams that actually automates their manual work. End-to-end. Delivering 80% faster compliance reviews and 4x productivity gains.

We recently closed a $12M USD Series A (Peak XV Partners, DST Global, Airtree) and are ramping hard; building the infrastructure that will completely re-define how enterprises think about compliance.

Think Canva for design. Atlassian for projects. Haast for compliance.

The Problem

Enterprise legal and compliance teams don't work in isolation. They manage workflows across dozens of different tools.

The winners in this space aren't defined by their AI, they're defined by their integrations. Embed compliance intelligence directly into the tools teams already use daily? That's how you get real adoption.

We've built a world-class agentic compliance platform. Now we need to build out our integration layer that puts it everywhere our customers need it.

The Role

This is a full-stack role focused on integration architecture and platform connectivity. You'll own the strategy, design, and execution of how Haast integrates with the enterprise tools our customers already depend on, think: Salesforce, Adobe, Microsoft ecosystem, and more.

What You'll Own

  • Design, architect, and build production integrations with major enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, Microsoft ecosystem, and others)
  • Architect our integration platform: APIs, webhooks, OAuth flows, and authentication standards that scale
  • Ensure integrations surface our AI insights seamlessly into customers' existing workflows, fast, robust, and intuitive
  • Make high-impact technical decisions quickly on integration patterns, third-party dependencies, and platform evolution
  • You challenge "why" and "how" to ensure we are delivering the best possible experience for our users across integrated systems
  • Shape our engineering culture, standards, and tooling as we grow

Who We're Looking For

  • You've built integrations and APIs at meaningful scale, you write clean code with strong reasoning around design, and you genuinely care about how systems work, not just whether they run
  • You're deep on one or more of: Go, Node.js/TypeScript, or Python and you're comfortable enough on the frontend to contribute when it matters
  • You understand APIs, distributed systems, and OAuth/authentication patterns in production
  • You've shipped integrations with major platforms: Salesforce, Microsoft, Adobe APIs, or similar enterprise tools, and understand the nuances of each
  • You've shipped in fast-moving environments. You know what it takes to move without sacrificing reliability
  • You're curious about how LLMs work and genuinely excited about embedding them into enterprise workflows

Why Join Haast

  • Real impact, day one. Your integrations unlock adoption pathways for major global enterprises. It's production-grade work solving real compliance problems.
  • Meaningful equity upside. We're building a generational company in a $50B market. You'll own a meaningful stake in that value creation. We believe in sharing success with the team that builds it.
  • Exceptional learning velocity. Series A is where it gets real. You'll learn more about scaling systems, working with customers, and building platforms in 12 months here than most roles offer in three years.
  • Engineering-driven culture. No red tape. No performance theatre. Just shipping. We hire smart people and get out of their way.
  • Flexibility and community. Hybrid from our Sydney office, flexible hours, and a team that actually wants to work together.

How to Apply

We're looking for people who've shipped things they're proud of and want to work on a problem that genuinely matters.

Apply with:

  1. Your CV
  2. A brief note on this question: Tell us about a significant integration you've built. What systems or platforms did it connect?

No closing date. We review applications on a rolling basis.

At Haast, we believe bold ideas come from diverse perspectives. We're committed to building a team that reflects the world we work in. Even if you don't tick every box, we'd love to hear from you.
