Job description
CPI Security is seeking a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to support our President. This on-site role is based at our Charlotte, NC headquarters. This role manages executive scheduling, communications, travel, reporting, and operational priorities while serving as a trusted partner to the President and other company executives. The ideal candidate exercises sound judgment, maintains confidentiality, and thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment.

What You’ll Do
- Manage the President’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare itineraries, correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate executive meetings, team communications, events, and logistics.
- Support operational teams by tracking project timelines, deliverables, and recurring reports.
- Create and modify reports and dashboards in Salesforce; assist with Tableau reporting.
- Review vendor contracts and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify missing information, inaccuracies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Welcome visitors and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Manage office supplies and inventory for special events.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Excellent organization, communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.
- A proactive, adaptable, and self-directed work style.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with creating and modifying Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Experience with Tableau or a similar data-visualization tool.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
