As a self-employed SumUp Field Sales Partner, you will build your own customer base with the backing of one of the world’s leading fintech brands.

You will earn from the business you bring onboard today, while also having the opportunity to build recurring income from your merchant portfolio over time.

The Financial Blueprint

Our commission structure allows you to earn across multiple revenue streams:

Payments: 50% of annualised payments net revenue Hardware: 50% of hardware revenue Software: 50% of annual software revenue Residuals: 25% of SumUp net revenue, paid monthly for up to 5 years

New Partners also receive 3x residuals for their first 3 months while building their portfolio.

There are also additional milestone bonuses available.

A qualifying deal within the current commission plan can generate up to €1,344 upfront plus €315 in annual residual income.

Top performers can generate €7,000 to €10,000+ per month.

This is a 100% commission-only, self-employed opportunity with no basic salary.

What You’ll Be Doing

The most successful Partners create their own opportunities.

You will:

  • Prospect local SMEs through face-to-face visits and outbound activity
  • Build relationships with local business owners
  • Sell SumUp’s payments, hardware, POS and software solutions
  • Manage your own territory and pipeline
  • Take merchants from first conversation through to onboarding
  • Build referrals and develop your own customer portfolio

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for people with a genuine hunter and entrepreneurial mindset.

Ideally, you will have experience in:

  • B2B new business sales
  • Field sales
  • Door-to-door sales
  • Payments or merchant services
  • Telecoms
  • Energy
  • POS or technology sales
  • Other commercially driven sales environments

What matters most is that you are comfortable creating your own opportunities, handling rejection and winning new business.

Training and Support

You will receive structured onboarding and ongoing support covering:

  • Product knowledge
  • Sales conversations
  • Territory planning
  • Prospecting
  • Objection handling
  • Pipeline management
