The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Finance Manager to help scale the next generation of consumer intelligence platforms. You’ll work closely with leadership to build models, refine assumptions, and deliver insights that inform day-to-day and strategic decisions.
This role is well-suited for someone comfortable operating in an early-stage environment. You’ll help establish regular reporting, improve operational workflows, and ensure the company has a clear view of its historical and projected performance.
Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
- Own and maintain the company’s financial model: revenue, COGS, OpEx, headcount, cash forecasting.
- Manage core accounting functions: AP, AR, payroll, billing, monthly close, etc.
- Prepare monthly reporting package: budget vs. actuals, KPI dashboards, variance analysis, and revenue vs plan.
- Support annual planning, quarterly re-forecasting, and scenario modeling.
- Prepare board and investor reporting as needed.
GTM & Revenue Analytics
- Support GTM teams with planning and analytics in alignment with overall company strategy and financial plan.
- Maintain reporting across ARR, net dollar retention, pipeline conversion, bookings, churn, CAC payback, LTV, and unit economics.
- Partner with Sales to ensure accuracy and consistency of ARR/booking definitions, segmentation, and cohort reporting.
Operations
- Enhance data accuracy and streamline workflows across CRM, ERP, and billing platforms.
- Assess operational needs and implement the right tools & processes to support growth.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in FP&A, finance, or related roles - SaaS / subscription business experience strongly preferred
- Strong financial modeling skills and a strong grasp of SaaS metrics and revenue mechanics
- Deep understanding of accounting processes and GAAP principles
- Comfortable working in a high-growth startup with evolving needs; resourceful and self-directed
- Excellent communication skills; able to partner effectively with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations
- Bias toward ownership and action, with the ability to build processes and tools from the ground up
