About the role

We are looking for a Finance Project Coordinator (Trainee) to support the smooth execution of projects within our client services team.

This is a hands-on internship where you will gain exposure to project management, finance administration and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced healthcare agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with project management: Support the account services team coordinating admin tasks to develop campaigns
  • Administrative support: Handle various administrative tasks related to client management and D365. Be in liaison with the finance department to ensure the processes are followed accordingly.
  • External Interaction: Collaborate with client services team to maintain positive client and vendors relationships by providing timely updates, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative and medical departments to ensure seamless project execution.

About you

  • Degree or Master’s in Business Administration or similar
  • Strong interest in project management and agency/healthcare environment
  • Availability for at least 6 months and required ability to sign an internship agreement (convenio) with your school/university.
  • Excellent organizational skills, proactivity, attention to detail and team spirit
  • Good level of English (international environment) and Spanish
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
