Job description

Note: We are recruiting on behalf of our valued client. This opportunity is for a position with their organization, not with People Culture Talent. We're excited to help connect talented professionals with this exceptional team!

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Developer Relations professional to strengthen our presence in the developer community by creating content, providing education, and authentically engaging with individuals building on our platform. This position is both technical and community focused. You will develop tutorials, speak at events, actively participate in developer communities, and act as a direct feedback channel between the developer ecosystem and our product team.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

  • Developer Advocacy — Serve as the company’s representative within developer communities, assisting builders in successfully adopting and extending the platform.
  • Technical Content — Produce tutorials, documentation, blog posts, videos, and demos that provide real value to developers.
  • Community Building — Engage in the spaces where developers are active. Build relationships, answer questions, and earn trust.
  • Product Feedback — Gather insights from developers and communicate them to the product team.
  • Developer Education — Share best practices, implementation strategies, and platform capabilities.
  • Event Participation — Represent the company at conferences, workshops, webinars, and community events.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration — Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 3+ years in Developer Relations, developer advocacy, solutions engineering, or software engineering
  • Technical credibility — you can read and write code, and developer audiences will know it
  • Strong written and verbal communication; your content earns attention because it's genuinely good
  • Experience creating technical content that developers actually use
  • A real interest in teaching and helping people succeed — not just building an audience
  • Comfort presenting at conferences, webinars, or technical community events
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, infrastructure products, or developer tooling is a strong plus

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

This venture backed AI infrastructure company is developing the connectivity layer that enables AI platforms and B2B software to take meaningful action within the systems businesses rely on. The founding team brings experience from Google, Meta, and AWS. The team is small, retention rates are exceptional, and the technical standards are high. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are excited about meaningful ownership and the chance to help shape the future of collaboration between businesses and AI.
