About The Role
We are seeking a highly organised, internationally minded HR and Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting and people operations across our international markets. Based in Singapore, this role will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and people teams globally to deliver a consistent, high quality candidate and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
International Recruiting Coordination
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across APAC, Japan and MENA, managing multiple time zones with accuracy and urgency
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates across international markets
- Ensure a consistent and high quality candidate experience from initial contact through offer stage
- Track candidate progress in the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
- Support recruiters with interview logistics, feedback collection, and offer coordination for international hires
International HR and People Operations
- Support onboarding for new hires across MENA and APAC, working closely with local partners and international People Ops teams
- Assist with offboarding processes and employee lifecycle updates across regions
- Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems for international populations
- Support compliance tracking in partnership with local advisors and internal stakeholders
- Help operationalise global people policies while respecting local market requirements
Operational Excellence and Scale
- Partner with the International People team to standardise and improve global recruiting and HR workflows
- Support reporting on international hiring activity, time to hire, and operational metrics
- Identify process gaps across regions and contribute to scalable, repeatable solutions
- Assist with cross regional people initiatives as Cognition expands globally
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination and operations
- Experience supporting multiple regions or working across time zones is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable working with ATS and HRIS platforms (Ashby preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Professional, discreet, and confident working with confidential information
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast paced, global environment
