Influur· Bogotá, Colombia·

Job description
About Influur
Influur is reimagining how advertising works — through creators, data, and AI. Our mission is to make influencer marketing as measurable, predictable, and scalable as paid media — and we're building the tech that makes it possible. Backed by top-tier investors and trusted by global brands, we're scaling fast across music, culture, and entertainment.
We're looking for an FP&A Analyst who's excited to build real financial modeling skills inside a fast-growing, AI-native finance team.
The Role
You'll work directly with the FP&A Lead, supporting budget tracking, financial modeling, and forecasting across Influur's business lines. This is not a data-entry role — it's a seat where you'll learn real FP&A from the ground up: how to build models the right way, how to read what the numbers are actually saying, and how to turn that into decisions leadership can act on.
We're looking for someone who already has real modeling fundamentals — we're not here to teach the basics of a formula or what a balance sheet is. What we will teach is how to apply that foundation to budgeting, contingency planning, rebudget cycles, and investor-grade reporting. If you have the base and the hunger to grow into it, this is your seat.
Your Skillset:
Must-haves:
- 1–2 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, financial consulting, or a closely related analytical role
- Real, demonstrable financial modeling fundamentals — you know how to build a model from scratch, with clean structure and documented assumptions, not just fill in a template
- Advanced (Intermediate) Excel / Google Sheets — formulas, structuring data, comfortable without a template
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and how the three financial statements connect
- Strong attention to detail — you catch inconsistencies in data before they become errors
- English proficiency, B2 or above (written, spoken, and reading)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field
Nice-to-haves:
- Exposure to multi-business-unit or multi-entity P&L environments
- Curiosity about AI tools applied to finance — you don't need to be an expert, but you're already experimenting
- Experience supporting investor reporting or board-level materials
- Startup or high-growth company experience
You're the Type Who:
- Has real modeling bases, but doesn't pretend to know everything — you want to be trained, and you're hungry to learn
- Takes ownership without being asked twice
- Is genuinely curious about AI — you already use it, even if you're not an expert, and you want to get better
- Pays obsessive attention to detail — a wrong formula or a mislabeled row bothers you until it's fixed
- Is comfortable with ambiguity — startups don't hand you a finished playbook
- Has a startup mindset: speed, resourcefulness, and comfort wearing more than one hat
First 90 days:
- Fully ramped on Influur's financial structure, reporting cadence, and modeling standards
- Owns the monthly budget-vs-actuals tracking process independently
- Has contributed to at least one full rebudget cycle
- Shows growing fluency applying AI tools to real reporting and modeling workflows
What we offer:
- Remote work
- Direct mentorship from the FP&A Lead and CFO, with a clear growth path
- Real ownership from day one — your models inform board and investor decisions
- Opportunity to build modern, AI-assisted FP&A skills inside a real finance function
- A collaborative, high-ownership team environmen
