Preventive full-body health scanning built on proprietary in-house hardware and AI, co-founded by Spotify's Daniel Ek.

Neko Health runs a roughly one-hour, non-invasive full-body health scan that captures skin, cardiovascular, and blood data using hardware it designs and builds in-house, then has a doctor review the results with the member on the spot, aiming to catch disease early in people who feel healthy.

Summary

Leads all clinic operations, team leadership, and strategic growth for Neko Health in Sweden. Owns full P&L performance, drives operational excellence, ensures regulatory compliance, and scales market presence.

Job description

Mission Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear.

In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives.

Role Purpose

As the General Manager for Sweden, you will own and lead all aspects of Neko Health’s clinic operations, team leadership, and market growth across Sweden. This is a highly hands-on leadership role with full P&L responsibility, requiring a strong operator mindset, deep experience in consumer or membership-based businesses, and a relentless focus on delivering outstanding member experiences.

What You’ll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months

  • Lead and optimise operations across all Sweden clinics, improving efficiency, quality, and financial performance against defined KPIs.
  • Own Sweden P&L, delivering against budget, forecast, and profitability targets while maintaining high standards of care and compliance.
  • Implement standardised operational processes and performance metrics aligned with global frameworks.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams including Area Leaders, Lead Doctors, and clinic support staff.
  • Strengthen collaboration with global and dotted-line teams (Medical Excellence, Operations, Customer Support, Facilities, People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Demand and Marketing).
  • Develop and execute the Sweden market strategy in line with Neko Health’s global objectives.
  • Drive sustainable growth through new clinic openings, market expansion, and member acquisition initiatives in close partnership with Marketing.
  • Ensure full compliance with Swedish healthcare regulations and local governance requirements.
  • Champion a member-first culture, using feedback and insights to continuously improve the end-to-end member experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Country Manager, General Manager, or equivalent senior leadership role within a high touch consumer-facing, membership or subscription-based business.
  • Demonstrated ownership of full P&L responsibility with a track record of driving profitable growth.
  • Strong operational leadership experience, including multi-site management and process optimisation.
  • Excellent people leadership skills with experience leading diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organisation.
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments with accountability for compliance.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in wellness, healthcare-adjacent, hospitality, technology, or retail sectors.
  • Experience scaling operations in fast-growing, mission-driven organisations.
  • Strong commercial acumen paired with a deep commitment to customer or member experience excellence.
