Preventive full-body health scanning built on proprietary in-house hardware and AI, co-founded by Spotify's Daniel Ek.
Neko Health runs a roughly one-hour, non-invasive full-body health scan that captures skin, cardiovascular, and blood data using hardware it designs and builds in-house, then has a doctor review the results with the member on the spot, aiming to catch disease early in people who feel healthy.

Job description
Mission Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear.
In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives.
Role Purpose
We're hiring a People Enablement Lead, Payroll and HR Systems to partner on creating the operational backbone that will support our US expansion. You'll run payroll, help us expand to new states, keep our systems accurate, and maintain the documentation that helps employees and partners get answers fast. This is a high-ownership role on a small team — the work is detail-oriented and process-driven, with real visibility into how we build People infrastructure as we grow from ~100 to 300+ employees.
What you'll do in the first 6-12 Months
- Run bi-weekly US payroll end-to-end via ADP Workforce Now, across a multi-state footprint
- Manage Workday transactions: new hire onboarding, employee data changes, offboarding, and ongoing record accuracy
- Own knowledge base documentation in SharePoint (and later Atomicwork): employee-facing guides, internal process docs, and partner resources for HRBPs and Recruiting
- Support state payroll registrations as we expand into new jurisdictions
- Flag process gaps and help build the systems and guides that close them
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years in payroll and HR generalist operations roles
- Hands-on experience running multi-state payroll (NYC and California required); ADP Workforce Now experience preferred
- AI fluency is key, we want someone who can manage and design the payroll process that will sustain the growth we need
- Workday proficiency at the transaction level (data entry, employee records)
- Strong attention to detail and comfort owning recurring, high-stakes processes
- Clear written communication — you'll be writing docs that employees rely on
- Based in NYC, able to work in-office two days per week
