Job description

GTM Engineer / AI Engineer

About the Role

We've begun building AI-powered workflows and agents across our go-to-market stack. Now we're looking for someone to own and scale this into a cohesive growth engine.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where you'll work directly with the founders to define how growth happens at the company.

From first touch to retention, you'll design and lead the systems that drive revenue, and expand them across the organization over time.

What You'll Own

  • Architect and scale our GTM systems across sales, marketing, and product
  • Lead development of AI agents and workflows that automate key parts of the funnel
  • Orchestrate tools like Salesforce and HubSpot into a unified system
  • Turn product and user data into actionable growth signals
  • Build intelligent workflows (lead scoring, routing, outbound triggers, onboarding flows)
  • Define how AI is used across the entire customer lifecycle
  • Identify bottlenecks and design systems to remove them
  • Partner closely with founders on growth strategy, experiments, and priorities

What We're Looking For

  • You've built and owned systems that directly impacted growth or revenue
  • Strong systems thinker with an end-to-end mindset
  • Experience building workflows using APIs, automation tools, or light code
  • Comfortable working with AI tools, agents, or LLM-powered workflows
  • Ability to move from idea → system → measurable impact quickly
  • High ownership and bias for action

You Might Be a Fit If

  • You've built internal tools or automations that became critical to growth
  • You've experimented with AI agents or workflow automation
  • You understand how sales, marketing, and product interact in practice
  • You enjoy working closely with founders and operating at the core of the business
  • You prefer messy, high-leverage problems over narrow, well-defined ones

Why This Role Is Unique

  • Opportunity to build and lead a team as the function grows
  • Expand beyond GTM into other parts of the company (ops, support, internal tooling)
  • Shape how workflows and AI are used across the entire organization
  • Massive surface area. You won't be boxed into a narrow role
  • This is a role with compounding impact and open-ended scope.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with tools like Zapier, Make, or Airtable
  • Familiarity with analytics, attribution, or data pipelines
  • Startup or high-growth environment experience

What You'll Get

  • Competitive salary + equity
  • Fully remote work environment with flexible hours
  • High ownership and autonomy
  • Direct collaboration with founders on company strategy
  • Clear path to building and leading your own team

We believe great talent has no borders or boundaries. For this role, we hire regardless of your location, gender, sexuality, race, or background—above all, you just need to be deeply passionate about what you do and eager to build cool things with us.
