- Design automations that surface next-best actions, improve follow-up discipline, and drive deal velocity
- Partner with GTM and Finance on revenue planning and forecasting
- Manage GTM tool integrations and evolve the stack as we scale
- Ensure data quality across CRM and GTM systems, including reporting and dashboards
Requirements for the role:
- 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM systems at a high-growth company. You’re excited to be a Sales Ops leader.
- Hands-on ownership of sales pipeline systems, comp plans, forecasting, and post-sale processes.
- Strong technical fluency with CRM/GTM tooling and solid SQL skills.
- You thrive in high-intensity, high-autonomy environments.
- Comfortable with SQL.
