Job description

We’re looking for a commercially minded, hands-on operator to own the customer journey from first click to membership.

About the role

As Head of CRO & Lifecycle, you will lead the website, landing pages, offers, quiz and personalization pathways, conversion funnels, and the acquisition-to-membership lifecycle. You will set the strategy, but you will also be close to the work: shaping hypotheses, shipping experiments, reading the results, and improving the experience.

What you’ll own

  • The end-to-end customer journey from acquisition touchpoint through membership
  • Website and landing page conversion strategy and execution
  • Offer strategy, packaging, positioning, and testing
  • Quiz and personalization pathways that connect customer needs to the right experience
  • Lifecycle programs for prospects who show intent but do not immediately become members
  • A rigorous CRO and experimentation roadmap, including prioritization, measurement, and learning
  • Cross-functional execution with Growth, Product, Brand, Creative, and other teams

What we’re looking for

  • 5–8+ years of relevant experience, with scope comparable to a traditional director-level role
  • Deep experience across ecommerce, CRO, lifecycle, or growth, ideally owning more than one part of the funnel
  • A strong track record of personally shipping landing pages, offers, experiments, quizzes, or lifecycle flows
  • Excellent commercial judgment and the ability to turn customer insight into clear hypotheses and experiences
  • Strong quantitative instincts and comfort using data to prioritize and evaluate work
  • A hands-on builder who can set direction, move quickly, and collaborate across functions

This role is for someone who wants broad ownership of a critical growth surface and is excited to build the system, not only manage it.
