Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a IT Recruiting Specialist - Temporary 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Strategy Development:
- Create and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy tailored to market-specific needs and company goals.
- Analyze staffing logistics and forecast hiring needs to prepare proactive recruitment campaigns.
Recruitment Execution:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Use various sourcing methods to attract diverse candidates, including social media platforms, networking events, job fairs, and recruitment databases.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring efforts with respective department heads to ensure a seamless fit.
- Negotiate employment terms and extend job offers.
Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, external recruitment agencies, and professional groups to create a robust talent pipeline.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all candidate inquiries, providing an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the company’s values and culture.
Employer Branding:
- Enhance the company's employer brand through strategic marketing and community involvement.
- Collaborate with marketing to craft compelling, authentic narratives about working at our company. Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to achieve effectiveness of sourcing methods and recruitment campaigns.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with national and local employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in recruitment and talent acquisition technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or relevant field.
- 1-3 years’ experience in talent acquisition, particularly in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.
- experience in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization and across cultures.
