Our Corporate teams support the company’s performance and growth whilst putting people at the core of everything they do. As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Corporate teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of five teams: HR, Talent acquisition, Legal, M&A and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success.

ROLE

  • You are responsable of Level 1 and Level 2 IT tasks (such as preparing computers for new joiners, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, etc..)
  • You help ensure IT Services delivers the best employee experience in relation to employees support, deployments, infrastructure, and day to day IT activities
  • You maintain core IT systems and operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications
  • You track and maintain hardware and software inventory
  • You ensure meeting rooms and VC systems are functioning properly
  • You update and document the current IT procedures
  • You contribute to IT projects and improvements

PROFILE

  • You are passionate about IT and technology, with proven experience in a similar role or in a fast-growing environment
  • You have a modern approach to IT management (Cloud, SaaS, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • You provide excellent customer service and have strong communication skills in English and French
  • You are able to identify recurring issues and evaluate opportunities to automate them
  • Experience with AI tools or technologies is a plus
