Who We're Looking For
Data Engineering
When someone asks "does this data look weird?", do you see opportunity? If you've survived the land of "it's just a simple data request" and come out wanting more, you might be our kind of people. Everyone here speaks SQL and Spark (the data scientists still complain), and we take pride in turning "can you just pull this real quick" into something that actually holds up. Lost your cape? We'll provide one.
Data Science
Do you have the patience to explain why a 10-year forecast built on two years of data might not go well? Do you love cleaning data that looks like it was assembled by caffeinated wombats? Our team thrives on incomplete data, murky assumptions, and the eternal work of helping clients understand the difference between statistical significance and practical significance. We build models that are actually useful — imagine that.
Data Platform
Have (or had) a 127.0.0.1 t-shirt? Do you have a ready answer for every "can I just get root access to production this once?" request? We'd like to meet you. If building zero trust data platforms gets you more excited than the Hamburglar in a burger factory, and you have Zen-like calm when someone says "it works on my machine" — you'll fit right in.
