You will be responsible for owning key accounts end-to-end, driving sell-in and sell-through, managing P&L , and maintaining trusted relationships with key retail stakeholders.

What You Will Do

  • Own and grow assigned key accounts by building joint business plans, setting targets, and driving sell-in and sell-through for our Korean cosmetics portfolio.
  • Lead account negotiations, including trading terms, promotional mechanics, and annual agreements, while ensuring strong execution in-store and online.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver launches and campaigns, including assortment planning, pricing and positioning, and channel-ready marketing materials.

  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting, influencing, and aligning cross-functional partners.
  • Hands-on execution ability, including planning promotions, managing retail calendars, and coordinating launches across multiple channels.
  • Self-starter mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving environment, with strong prioritization and ownership.
