Required Qualifications:
- B.S. in Computer Science or related field, plus a minimum of one year of related experience developing and executing test plans in a high demand production environment.
- Experience creating actionable tickets so that developers can easily locate the problem to be addressed.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate successfully onsite with our customer and team in a fast pasted operational environment.
- Experience providing on-site support in a federal government environment a strong plus.
- An existing Top Secret clearance and the ability to obtain SCI accesses with a polygraph.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of cloud, back-end, network and mobile apps a strong plus.
- Experience working on a technical team within an agile environment.
