Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney – Texas - Remote work!
Founded in the 1960's, we are a full service law firm with 5 offices and 100 attorneys. We focus on civil litigation defense for insurers, corporations, and insured clients.

Job duties:
Work remote! Looking for candidates in Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and Dallas.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
- Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
Required:
- TX Bar
- Recent insurance defense experience
You should know some of the following:
- General, Premises Liability, MVA
- Medical Malpractice, Civil Litigation
- Construction Defect
- Products Liability, Toxic Torts
- Insurance Coverage
