Job description
Job Requirement:
To design, redevelop and migrate Intranet Portal to WOG SharePoint Online. The new Portal will enhance internal collaboration, streamline business processes, and improve information management across agency.
Essential Technical Skills (minimum 3 – 5 years experience required):
- Demonstrated experience in designing and developing enterprise intranet solutions using SharePoint Online, including site architecture, content management, and user experience optimisation;
- Proficiency in building automated business processes and applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, with proven ability to streamline organisational workflows and integrate with existing systems;
- Hands-on experience in configuring and administering low-code platforms, including implementation of business rules engines, workflow orchestration, process logic design, data validation frameworks, user interface flows, and responsive page layouts within Microsoft Power Apps and SharePoint Online environment;
- Strong understanding of low-code/no-code development methodologies, including rapid application development, user developer enablement, and platform governance best practices
Highly Desirable:
- Practical experience implementing Generative AI solutions and integrating AI capabilities into business application and workflows;
- Previous experience collaborating with government agencies, including understanding of public sector requirements, compliance frameworks, and stakeholder management;
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, SharePoint, or Azure);
- Experience with data integration, API development, and third-party system connectivity
