Gathering 800 employees, 7 billion downloads, and over 200 million active users, Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in terms of downloads after Google and Meta. New Apps is Voodoo’s zero-to-one team, building the next generation of B2C apps powered by AI and designed for mass-market audiences. From social entertainment and fitness to health and learning, we explore new opportunities to build products people love. We operate like a startup, with the resources and ambition of a leading tech company. Our team is deliberately lean, which means fewer layers, more ownership, and the freedom to experiment, build, and move fast.
Role
We’re looking for a creative, hands-on builder with a strong visual eye and a hacker mindset, able to leverage AI to create content, automate workflows, and shape the visual identity of our apps. You’ll work across video, static assets, paywalls, ASO, and UI/UX, collaborating closely with Product, Dev, and Growth to build and grow our next consumer apps. You will:
- Build AI-powered workflows to automate and scale creative production.
- Create video and static assets for paid acquisition, especially Meta Ads.
- Contribute to our apps’ visual identity, including paywalls, onboarding, ASO, and UI elements.
- Explore trends, test new tools, and turn ideas into tangible outputs fast.
- Analyze creative performance (hook rate, CTR, CVR, IPM) and iterate accordingly.
- Collaborate with Product, Dev, and Growth to bring ideas to life.
Profile
- Experience in a creative discipline such as video, motion design, graphic design, or digital design.
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Runway, Kling, Veo, Seedance, Scenario, etc.).
- A builder mindset: you enjoy experimenting, automating workflows, and finding smarter ways to create.
- Strong visual instincts and an understanding of what captures attention online.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, zero-to-one environment.
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
Nice to have: experience with UI/UX, mobile apps, ASO, paywalls, creative automation, or coding.
