Job description

About Us

Built with 💜 in KSA and leveraging Silicon Valley expertise, we're creating innovative solutions in the realm of Voice AI and AI agents. As we continue our rapid growth trajectory in an exciting and dynamic market, we're looking for A-players to join our team.

Role Overview

As a Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure across our marketing efforts in a fast-paced startup environment. You'll work cross-functionally, help bring initiatives to life, and contribute fresh ideas as we grow our brand presence in the AI and technology space.

What You'll Do

  • Support content creation, social media, campaigns, and events across our marketing efforts.
  • Assist with market research and competitor analysis.
  • Contribute ideas across various marketing initiatives.
  • Help coordinate marketing materials and events.
  • Support cross-functional marketing projects as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Fresh graduate or currently enrolled and in need of co-op training.
  • Active involvement in extracurricular activities during university (clubs, student organizations, events, internships, programs, etc.).
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a high-growth, innovative tech start-up.
  • Work in a collaborative, mission-driven culture with hands-on exposure to innovative AI products.
  • Take ownership, grow, and make a real impact through real-world challenges.

Why work at Sarj.ai

  • Engineering culture: A global engineering team building AI tools from scratch, with a focus on Arabic NLP and enterprise-grade systems.
  • Impactful mission: Work on technology that directly replaces legacy call centers and manual processes in a rapidly digitizing region.
  • Early-stage environment: As an unfunded, bootstrapped company with 16 employees, team members likely enjoy high ownership, fast iteration, and broad scope of responsibility.
  • Office/remote policy: Not explicitly stated; headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The blog references a "global engineering team," suggesting potential remote or hybrid flexibility.
  • Notable perks: Opportunity to work on SAMA/regulatory-grade systems, forward-deployed client engagements, and on-premise infrastructure — unusual depth for a startup of this size.
