  • Active or eligible U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance.
  • Advanced knowledge of Navy ERP/SAP financial modules, especially FI, FM, MM, and SD, with a strong preference for General Funds expertise.
  • Experience executing month-end and year-end close processes within a business office or comptroller environment.
  • Hands-on experience reconciling ERP data with external systems such as DCPS, SLDCADA, DCAS, DDRS, and others.
  • Background in forensic accounting of ERP financial data for General Fund and Working Capital Fund activities (Inventory, MILSTRIP, UMTs, IDOCs, PRs, POs, GL, Disbursements, Collections, etc.).
  • Knowledge of entitlements (internal/external), general ledger operations, DDEF analysis, FMBB, DTS, and EDA.
  • Ability to support and train end users on month-end/year-end close processes, command deliverables, schedules, and ERP procedures.  Experience training users (on-site or virtual) and developing Navy ERP desk guides.

Desired Skills:

  • CDFM
  • PMP
  • CPA
  • Prior MFR / Material Downgrade experience
  • Excellent reading/verbal/writing comprehension
