WHAT WE'RE RESEARCHING
We're running a paid study on the day-to-day realities of managing ocean logistics at scale. We want to understand how supply chain leaders handle shipping strategies, vendor relationships, and international route planning. This research directly informs how global shipping platforms design their future service offerings.
HOW IT WORKS
You will complete a 60-minute remote interview guided by an AI moderator. During the session, you will discuss your typical logistics workflows and how you evaluate ocean carriers for your business. The AI will ask follow-up questions based on your specific operational setup and recent shipping challenges. You can complete this voice conversation at your own pace using your computer or mobile device.
WHO THIS IS FOR
We are looking for logistics decision-makers and supply chain influencers at medium-to-large technology and automotive companies. We welcome logistics managers, supply chain directors, and freight procurement specialists based in the IMEA region. Candidates should have direct experience working with major ocean carriers to route international freight.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Detail your approach to selecting and managing ocean freight vendors.
- Walk us through a recent supply chain challenge and how you resolved it.
- Answer AI-generated follow-up questions about your daily logistics workflows.
- Evaluate current industry practices for international route planning.
WHO SHOULD APPLY
- Professional experience in ocean logistics or supply chain management
- Currently employed in the technology or automotive sector
- Familiarity with managing large-scale international freight routing
