You’ll work closely with our clinical, client success, and leadership teams to ensure day-to-day operations are efficient, reliable, and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operational logistics across client and clinician workflows

- Coordinate referrals, onboarding steps, and scheduling between multiple stakeholders
- Respond to clinician and client support needs with a “find the fix” mindset
- Document repeatable processes and propose improvements as we grow
- Help build internal dashboards and trackers to monitor service delivery and team capacity
- Support special projects (e.g. launching new employer clients, onboarding new providers)
- Pitch in wherever needed—this is a startup and we all roll up our sleeves
Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in operations, admin, project coordination, or client support—ideally in a startup, healthcare, or tech-enabled services environment
- Super organized and proactive—you anticipate needs before they arise
- Comfortable working in spreadsheets, tools like Airtable or Notion, and willing to learn new tech quickly
- A clear and professional communicator (email, Zoom, Slack)
- Calm under pressure, with a problem-solving mindset
- Excited to work on a small team where your input matters and your role will evolve
Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $100,000-120,000. Total compensation for this position may also include stock options. Note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors.
