Partnerships Manager at AnySignal (Los Angeles, CA)
AnySignal· Los Angeles, CA·
Role details
Job description
The Company AnySignal is developing the next generation of RF products and services for some of the most demanding space and defense missions. We’re building a flexible, high-performance platform that’s easy to deploy, monitor, and scale — enabling customers to bring advanced radio technologies to life faster than ever before.
The Role
We are building a hybrid ground network with capacity bought from partners. We're hiring a Partnerships Manager to own the partner side end-to-end. This is a commercial role with a technical audience. You will negotiate with various types of parties.
Responsibilities
- Own commercial relationships with third-party ground network providers
- Negotiate capacity agreements, per-minute rates, revenue shares, and SLAs
- Track utilization and cost against budget. Know our blended cost per minute and where it is going
- Maintain an accurate picture of which partner stations are actually live, in which bands, under which filings
- Evaluate and onboard new network partners as we expand geographically
- Partner with the Senior BD lead on contract terms, pricing structure, and SLA language for customer deals
- Maintain pipeline visibility and cost forecasting for the ground network business
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
- 4–8 years in partnerships, commercial or vendor management, specifically in space, satellite ground services, or telecom infrastructure
- Has negotiated infrastructure agreements, not just software resale
- Comfortable with the vocabulary: per-minute pricing, SLAs, station availability, band and frequency constraints
- Strong written communication. You will draft terms, proposals, and partner status that leadership reads
- Self-directed execution. We're a small team; no one will hand you a task list
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct experience working with GSaaS providers
- Understanding of ground station operations: pass scheduling, antenna booking, spectrum licensing
- Existing relationships in the ground services community
- Startup or high-growth environment experience where scope expands quickly
- Government or defense customer exposure
- Familiarity with ITAR, CMMC or other defense compliance frameworks
- International site or entity experience
Compensation
The estimated base salary range for this role is $140,000-$200,000 per year, plus equity. This range reflects our good-faith estimate for this position at the time of posting. The final base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base salary, total compensation includes an equity grant and our full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision), HSA's and 401K program.
Export Control Requirements To comply with U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including ITAR, applicants must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the necessary authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
