Job description

GHJ Search and Staffing serves as the recruitment division of GHJ, a prominent national accounting and advisory firm. Our team provides qualified Accounting and Finance professionals on a temporary and permanent basis across a broad range of industries. GHJ’s relationship with our Global Advisory and Accounting Network provides the resources needed to better understand client’s needs, attract a higher caliber of candidates and assess candidate potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure an efficient, well-organized office
  • Supervise and support front office and clinical staff
  • Coordinate physician scheduling and overall office workflow
  • Manage insurance verification, benefits, and claims processing
  • Lead administrative processes, office procedures, and monthly staff meetings
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment
  • Help maintain a high-quality patient experience from scheduling through follow-up

Qualifications

  • Previous Practice Manager or Medical Office Manager experience
  • Experience with insurance verification, benefits, and claims processing
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Hands-on, collaborative management style
  • Plastic surgery experience highly preferred; dermatology or other specialty medical practice experience also considered
  • QuickBooks and/or Nextech Practice Management experience is a plus
