We are looking for a Principal RF Optimization Engineer to join the Parallel Wireless RF team and act as the subject matter expert for optimization. Candidate will work multiple group of team within PW for technical issues, solutions and products including Development, PLM.
What you'll do:
- Responsible for KPI Optimization and physical optimization
- Responsible for configuration management and golden configuration
- Finalizing the KPI formula and counters as per customer feedback
- Will be working to optimize the drive test result and drive test report acceptance.
- Feature testing and parameter changes in field
- Customer communication
- Define test scenarios and execute Field Test cases in co-ordination with field team as per acceptance document.
- Co-ordination with drive test team
- Co-ordination with PM
- Lead the RF activities for the projects.
What you must have:
- 10+ years of experience in the RF optimization industry;
- Excellent 3GPP knowledge
- RF planning is added advantage
- Advances knowledge of RF tool (planning tool is an added plus)
- Leadership skill
- Travel to Onsite based on business requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical discipline (computer science or electrical engineering degree preferred);
