Job description

ABOUT TEMPO

At Tempo, we are transforming the way businesses leverage AI to build software. Our flagship service, Agent+, pairs AI agents with senior designers and developers to deliver full stack product development at 10x speed. We handle everything from consumer apps to custom AI agent builds for clients across industries.

As we scale rapidly and onboard new clients, we're seeking a Product Delivery Manager who can operate at the intersection of people, process, and AI to keep delivery tight across a high-volume book of business.

Your Role (On-site)

You'll own end-to-end delivery for 20+ concurrent Agent+ client projects, managing a shared pool of designers and developers. This isn't a traditional PM role. You'll use AI tools daily to manage context across clients, generate documentation, surface risks, and move faster than would be possible manually. You are the bridge between clients and our team, responsible for shipping work on time, on spec, and at a quality level that keeps clients retained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage delivery across approximately 20 concurrent accounts, maintaining a 5 to 10 feature per week cadence per client
  • Own capacity planning and resource allocation across a shared team of designers and developers. Real resource math, not just task lists
  • Build trust through specific, proactive client communication that demonstrates command of their product and priorities
  • Use AI tools (Claude, Fireflies, internal Tempo tooling) as core parts of your workflow to manage context, draft documentation, synthesize meetings, and flag risks at scale
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage handoffs, and keep stakeholders aligned at every stage
  • Oversee QA and feedback loops to ensure quality standards before release
  • Identify where AI can replace manual process and propose those improvements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Degree in business or related field. Minor or dual degree in engineering/computer science or related field preferred
  • New grad or up to 2 years of experience in product delivery, project management, or client-facing product roles
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and clients simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and capacity planning mindset
  • People management instincts for navigating difficult conversations with clients and team members
  • Active user of AI tools in your daily workflow. We will ask you how
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle

BONUS

  • Startup or high-growth experience
  • Background in UX/UI or product development (React, React Native)
  • Experience with AI agent development or AI-powered products

Why Join Us?

You'll shape how a growing team operates, build systems that scale, and see the direct impact of your work on clients and revenue every day. If you think in systems and believe AI should be embedded in how you work, we want to hear from you.
