The Role

As a Web Application Tester (QA Specialist) at Agent+, you’ll ensure the quality and reliability of web applications for multiple clients are meeting acceptance criteria. You will work closely with our Agent+ team and PMs to thoroughly test web applications, identify bugs, and provide detailed feedback to the development team. Developers will be pushing 1-3 PRs per week that are required to be tested prior to being pushed.

Compensation: 800 USD / month

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct QA testing on features prior to release to identify and document bugs, usability issues, and inconsistencies with designs.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand application requirements and ensure that all features are rigorously tested.
  • Create detailed test plans, cases, and reports to track issues and communicate progress effectively for each client product.
  • Perform manual testing of web applications built with React.
  • Validate bug fixes and new features during weekly development cycles.
  • Bonus: Offer solutions for automated testing

What We’re Looking For

  • Understanding of web application workflows and common testing tools.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills to document bugs and collaborate with global teams.
  • A proactive approach to identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues.
  • Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing tasks remotely.
  • Understanding of Github and control systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of debugging tools and methodologies.
  • English level B2 or better (or an equivalent)
  • Bonus: Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
