What You’ll Do
- Design user centric interfaces and experiences for web and mobile platforms that align with the company’s vision
- Translate complex DeFi concepts into intuitive, visually compelling designs for a mainstream audience
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define design requirements and execute solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and highfidelity mockups using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs iteratively
- Define and maintain the design system, ensuring visual consistency and scalability
- Stay up to date with design trends and best practices in both consumer and Web3 products
Who You Are
- Must have worked on a leading consumer product, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful designs and userfriendly interfaces
- Expertise with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or Protopie
- Demonstrated experience in creating designs that balance functionality with exceptional visual appeal
- A user-centered approach, with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, elegant designs
