The Product Manager role
- Owning the delivery of product strategy and execution for a core area of Light from 0→1 to scale.
- Turning complex financial workflows into intuitive, AI-powered experiences.
- Partnering with Engineering, Design and Data to ship beautiful, high-impact products fast.
- Translating ambiguity into structure: defining clear priorities, metrics, and direction in alignment with engineering and go-to-market teams (Customer Success & Sales)
- Working directly with CFOs, controllers, and finance teams to uncover users insights and shape new automation.
- Making crisp, high-quality decisions to deliver promptly and effectively: balancing velocity, precision, and impact.

Your qualifications:
- Multi-disciplinary experience broadly in product development: either product, engineering or design in a high-growth SaaS and AI startup companies
- Ability to translate product vision and customer requirements into supportive guidance & direction for engineering teams
- Influential experience in stakeholder engagement and communication at leadership and delivery team level
- Practical experience using AI or emerging technology tools to improve productivity, insight, or decision-making, with the ability to apply first-principles thinking to new problems
