Job description
About Us
BigPanda delivers agentic automation for IT operations. We enable enterprise IT to keep its digital world running by transforming manual and reactive human processes into intelligent, autonomous systems that detect, respond, and prevent IT incidents at machine speed. That’s why the world’s most trusted brands rely on BigPanda to improve operational efficiency and deliver exceptional service reliability to their customers.
We have an awesome team of motivated, knowledgeable, fun-loving, and friendly Pandas. We provide comprehensive health coverage, parental leave, competitive cash and equity compensation, and a supportive, collaborative, and innovative environment to empower you to do the best work of your career.
Summary BigPanda's product organization is building a next-generation, agentic model for software delivery. Launches, releases and the handoffs between R&D, product management and the downstream teams run on a largely automated process, with careful human management where the stakes are highest. This role owns that process day to day.
You will work directly with product managers and GTM teams to run every major launch, keep the full release stream accurate and on process, and build the systems and workflows in Linear, DevRev and the AI tooling around them that let the roadmap move faster with fewer hands on it. The process is new, and much of it is yours to design.
Focus Areas
- Run tier 1 launches end to end, from early access through GA: the plan, cross-functional checkpoints, go/no-go and date
- Keep every release, major and minor, on process, with an accurate record and clean handoffs upstream and downstream
- Own the launch calendar as the single source of truth and publish readiness status on a regular cadence
- Program-manage large GTM motions, including SKO and Customer Advisory Board preparation
- Define and track product delivery KPIs, present them to leadership, and lead improvement plans when they slip
- Administer Linear and DevRev, including configuration, user management, data quality and vendor relationships
- Build the automations, AI agents and integrations that move work between teams, and measure the manual work they remove
- Partner with business operations peers across the company on cross-functional programs
- Drive toward speed and efficiency. Treat every repeated manual step as a candidate for automation, and measure the reduction.
- Keep the data trustworthy, so the organization can report from the tools without cleanup.
Minimum qualifications
- 4+ years in product operations, technical program management or launch management at a SaaS company
- Hands-on administration of Linear, Jira or a comparable system of record
- Shipped automation that replaced a manual process, using LLMs, no-code tools, webhooks or scripts
- Experience running cross-functional reviews with senior stakeholders and holding them to agenda and date
Preferred qualifications
- Professional work experience in B2B enterprise software, ideally IT operations or AIOps
- Experience administering Linear and DevRev
- Track record of building AI agents or LLM-driven workflows
- Experience owning tier 1 launches from early access through GA
- Experience program-managing GTM motions such as SKO or Customer Advisory Boards
Our Benefits
- Competitive equity
- Remote-first environment
- Unlimited PTO
- Twelve (12) paid holidays throughout the year
- Comprehensive health benefits
- #PandaParent support. Financial assistance for fertility, adoption, and surrogacy expenses, plus up to eighteen (18) weeks of fully paid leave for birthing parents and up to twelve (12) weeks for non-birthing parents.
- Financial planning services
- Employee learning & development budget
- Values-based recognition (quarterly and annually)
- Social community & ERG programs
- Dog friendly office
- Lunches provided in office
- Flexible work environment along with a work-from-home stipend to support remote work arrangements
Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $136,000 - $160,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
BigPanda offers a generous total rewards package that includes base pay, bonus, equity, and a world-class benefits program. We run two (2) compensation review cycles per year to ensure that managers can recognize employees without much lag between achievement and reward.
