Role details
Job description
Project Manager – HMO Mental Health Initiative
About the Role
This HMO is establishing a strategic partnership aimed at developing and implementing solutions that can create meaningful, system-level impact in mental health. We are looking for an experienced, execution-oriented Project Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and execution of this complex, multi-stakeholder initiative. The PM will be responsible for turning decisions into action — building and managing the project plan, coordinating all relevant stakeholders, managing dependencies and timelines, removing barriers, and ensuring continuous progress from planning through implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Delivery: Drive the detailed project plan, milestones, risks, and governance across all workstreams to ensure continuous progress.
- Stakeholder & Partner Management: Serve as the central operational focal point, aligning internal teams (clinical, data, tech, legal) and external partners.
- Streamline integration and data-access processes for health-tech startups to build a frictionless onboarding pathway within the HMO.
- Execution & Scaling: Lead operational execution from solution design and first-move experiments to scaling verified solutions.
- Governance & Reporting: Manage committees, progress reviews, action-item tracking, and management reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of PM experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects, preferably in healthcare, digital health, or regulated sectors.
- Proven hands-on track record in data integration, tech adoption, or startup pilots.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with proven ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
- Experience facilitating structured processes and steering committees.
- Product management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Hebrew and English.
- Advantages: Background in healthcare/mental health systems or clinical background.
The Profile We Are Looking For A highly organized, proactive and hands-on operator with a strong sense of ownership. Someone who can take a complex initiative with multiple organizations, stakeholders and dependencies and make sure it moves forward, creating structure, driving decisions into action, following up relentlessly and ensuring delivery. Please note: We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we are committed to diversity and inclusion. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, ethnicity, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, disability, marital status, partnership status, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, military or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
