The Team: We’re a team of passionate, mission-driven engineers from companies like Tesla, Amazon, SpaceX, and Neuralink. We’re collaborative and love moving fast, both with our product and on team trips skiing or go-karting! As a team, we love nerding out about engineering and robotics — plus other topics like race cars or cooking. We like learning new things and then sharing our new knowledge with each other. Our team is opinionated and straightforward. We don’t mind intense discussions about design tradeoffs. If we have arguments or miscommunication, we resolve conflicts quickly and empathetically.

In this role, you will:

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination for all roles and stages, expertly managing complex calendars, resolving conflicts, and ensuring every slot runs on time
• Greet and manage all candidate walk-ins with warmth and professionalism, handling on-site logistics and delivering an outstanding first impression
• Serve as our Ashby power user, deeply optimizing pipelines, workflows, reporting, automations, and data integrity so the team can hire faster
• Fluently leverage AI tools every day to automate repetitive tasks, improve candidate communications, enhance sourcing/screening support, and generate actionable insights
• Maintain a healthy, accurate hiring pipeline and proactively surface issues or opportunities to keep requisitions on track
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience from first contact through offer

What you bring:

• 2–4 years of direct experience as a Recruiting Coordinator (previous RC experience is required, we’re targeting someone who has already done this role successfully)
• Deep, hands-on mastery of Ashby
• Strong AI fluency and real enthusiasm for using modern AI tools to make recruiting faster, smarter, and more scalable
• Proven comfort with in-person work and high-volume candidate walk-ins. You’re confident, organized, and genuinely enjoy being the face of the recruiting process
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple calendars and priorities without dropping a ball
• Warm, professional communication style and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset that keeps the entire team moving
