Are you interested in hotels, resorts, and helping others find the right accommodations for their vacation plans? We are looking for organized and motivated individuals to assist clients with researching properties, comparing resort options, and coordinating accommodation and vacation details. This remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys travel research, customer service, and working with details. Previous hotel or travel industry experience is not required, and training and resources are available to help you learn the planning and reservation process.
What You'll Do
- Research hotels, resorts, and vacation properties based on client preferences and budgets
- Compare room categories, resort amenities, locations, and available options
- Assist with coordinating hotel and resort reservations
- Research all-inclusive resorts and other vacation accommodations
- Help identify properties that match individual travel styles and needs
- Organize reservation confirmations and important vacation details
- Research transportation, activities, and destination experiences when requested
- Communicate with clients regarding reservation information, updates, and deadlines
- Assist with booking modifications or changes when needed
- Maintain accurate and organized client and reservation information
- Stay informed about hotels, resorts, destinations, and available travel resources
