Why work at Crogl

  • Remote-first: "Work from wherever you do your best thinking. No mandates, no surveillance software, no 'culture of presence' theater." The company is distributed and trusts employees to deliver.
  • Real healthcare: "Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision. No gotcha deductibles. No 'wellness stipend' disguised as a benefits package."
  • Leadership that's done the work: Founders and leaders spent years in SOC trenches at Splunk, Databricks, Mandiant, and HSBC. They are building a solution they personally needed.
  • Frontier work: "We use the best available tools and approaches, including the ones that are still being figured out. This is frontier work. We expect ambiguity and we build through it."
  • High-impact, small team: "We're a small team solving a large problem. Every person at Crogl works directly on technology that's deployed in some of the world's most demanding security environments."
  • Values-driven culture: Emphasizes "In Service to Others," "Ownership Without Ego," "Confidence Through Competence," and "Tech Forward" — building for analysts, not for demos.
