Responsibilities:
- Prospect pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, and ARO accounts.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
- Conduct discovery conversations to identify study needs, business challenges, and sales opportunities.
- Schedule qualified meetings for Business Development representatives.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records and pipeline data.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales Operations.
- Share market intelligence and customer feedback.
Success Measures:
- Sales Qualified Meetings (SQMs) booked and held.
- BD acceptance rate of meetings.
- Qualified opportunities created.
- Pipeline value influenced.
- CRM data quality and process compliance.
Experience
- 2+ years in SDR, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Strong communication, prospecting, and qualification skills.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
Skills
- Experience in life sciences, CROs, clinical research, eClinical, or IRT/RTSM.
- Knowledge of clinical trial processes.
- Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
