About the Role
The Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a key role in converting inbound leads into qualified opportunities. The SDR will engage prospects who have shown interest in Amenitiz, identifying their needs, educating them on the product, and ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to manage a high volume of inbound inquiries efficiently.
Your Mission
- Qualify inbound leads by engaging with potential customers via calls, emails, and chat to assess fit.
- Educate prospects on the value of the product and generate interest in a demo.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth lead handover and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain high-quality data in the CRM (HubSpot) for accurate forecasting.
- Prioritize inbound inquiries to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with marketing for feedback on lead quality and improvements.
- Track key metrics to improve response times, conversion rates, and efficiency.
About you
- 1+ year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and active listening skills, with a consultative approach.
- Native proficiency in French and excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Results-driven, motivated by goals, and eager to exceed expectations.
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus.
