We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join Planned’s growing go-to-market team. As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for new prospects and play a key role in building our sales pipeline. You’ll become a Planned expert and help introduce our platform and service to the right stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and source target accounts through thoughtful outbound (procurement, travel, events, finance)
  • Engage prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn with tailored messaging
  • Qualify interest and book high-quality meetings with Account Executives
  • Partner closely with AEs on ICPs, accounts, and outreach strategy
  • Learn to navigate complex orgs and handle common objections
  • Contribute ideas on outbound strategy and tooling as you ramp
  • Attend industry events to connect and book meetings with prospects

What We're Looking For

  • Highly motivated, scrappy mindset - persistent, and comfortable with outbound conversations
  • Coachable and eager to improve through feedback
  • Resourceful, proactive, and organized
  • Clear, professional communicator (written and verbal)

  • Experience in a people-facing role (sales, customer service, hospitality, recruiting)
  • Exposure to startups, tech, or SaaS
  • Interest in a long-term career in sales or entrepreneurship
