Dedicated Enterprise Account Reports To: Head of Customer Success Location: In Person - Montreal Head Quarter

About the Role

Planned is looking for an Enterprise Technical Program Manager to own the success of a dedicated enterprise account. This person will lead strategic projects across the account, including platform implementation, integrations, workflow improvements, and product initiatives. They will act as the bridge between the client’s stakeholders and Planned’s Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations teams. The role will also work closely with Customer Success Leads and Event Managers to ensure events are executed successfully, risks are identified early, and recurring issues are resolved at the program level. In partnership with the Account Manager, this person will identify adoption opportunities, client needs, and signals for commercial expansion.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the overall success and performance of the client’s event program.
  • Lead implementation, integration, and operational improvement projects.
  • Translate client needs into clear technical and operational requirements.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Event Operations, Supply, and Finance.
  • Partner with Event Managers and Customer Success Leads to support successful event execution.
  • Identify recurring issues and lead scalable solutions.
  • Drive adoption of Planned’s platform, services, and standardized workflows.
  • Monitor program performance and provide clear reporting and recommendations.
  • Partner with the Account Manager to identify expansion opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in technical program management, implementation, customer success, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Strong communication and executive presence.
  • Comfortable working across technical, operational, and commercial teams.
  • Analytical, organized, and able to operate in ambiguity.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
